Other than that, we also see the panoramic sunroof, which gives you a great view for a summer drive. The upholstery uses comfortable leather material. We have no information about what kind of leather is, but it looks comfortable.
The seats also have a heater and cooler, which make them more comfortable for all seasons. We haven’t checked it directly. But, the front seat seems to have a massage feature. We need confirmation from the manufacturer to find out more about this unique feature.
How about infotainment and connectivity? The new TX has several noticeable features in this category. First of all, it has a 14.0-inch display screen, which is the standard feature for Lexus products. It has a user-friendly interface, which allows you to operate and use various features easily.
For mobile gadget users, this car also is compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Plus, you also can find a wireless charging pad for your Smartphone. It is a perfect feature for you who travel a lot.
As for the driver, you can find an in-dash navigation system. The interface looks very modern and easy to use. Moreover, the 12.3-inch digital gauge display is there instead of an analog system. As for the audio feature, Lexus has not been revealed yet. However, we suspect that the new Lexus TX will have 10 speakers, similar to what you found in the 2024 Lexus GX. 2024 Lexus TX Specification, Engine, and Performance
Each model has a different type of engine and performance. The first mode, the TX 350, uses a turbocharged 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine. This engine produces 275 horsepower. To control this much horse pull, Lexus adds an eight-speed automatic transmission. As for its transmission system, you will get either a front-wheel or all-wheel-drive of your choice.
As for the TX 500h F Sports, Lexus give it a similar engine to the TX 350. It has the standard all-wheel-drive system. This model comes with a hybrid-assist system. Thanks to this system, it boosts its output up to 366 horsepower. However, it doesn’t use the eight-speed transmission. Instead of an eight-speed, Lexus uses the six-speed automatic transmission on this model.
The last one is the TX 550h+ model. This model is the most powerful in this series. Lexus uses a 3.5-liter V6 engine on this model. This engine produces 406 horsepower with all-wheel-drive as its standard drivetrain. It also is available in various automatic transmissions. According to rumors, this model also comes with a hybrid engine. We need to wait for Lexus to release more information about this option later.
However, we can predict things about this plug-in hybrid on TX550h+. We expect it will have enough battery capacity to make this new SUV model run for about 33 miles. Then, you need to recharge it. Once again, we need to wait for the release of the battery size, charging time, and official range, which maybe will be available at its release date.
As for the engine fuel economy, we also haven’t got its information yet. However, Lexus revealed that you can expect the TX 350 model will have around 21 mpg. The TX 500h and TX 550h+ will have respectively 24 mpg and 30 mpg. Those numbers are only estimations. So, we might need to test it directly to see the real number. Price and Release Date
Lexus has not released the exact release date for 2024 Lexus TX. However, they announced that this model will be available on the market in fall 2023. As the model that will be released at the end of this year, the 2024 Lexus TX will face many competitors in the SUV market. It focuses on the SUV family category. This new TX will face strong contenders from top brands, such as Lincoln Aviator or BMW X7, expected to get a new redesign exterior.
Alpina XB7 is also another contender in the SUV market. It offers luxurious features, higher-end performance, and top features.
